Cristiano Ronaldo has been reaching new milestones almost every week in 2023 and it seems he is not stopping anytime soon.
The Al-Nassr star achieved an incredible landmark after starting for Al-Nassr in their clash against Al-Riyadh in the Saudi Pro League.
Ronaldo and Al-Nassr will be looking to bounce back following a humiliating Riyadh Derby 3-0 defeat to Al-Hilal last time out. The 38-year-old was stifled against Al-Hilal but is still top of the goalscoring charts in the SPL.
This season, he has scored 18 goals in 20 appearances in all competitions, with 15 of those goals coming in the SPL.
The Portugal captain has been playing since 2002, and that's why his achievements have been displayed in two museums in Portugal and Saudi Arabia for fans to see.
Ronaldo's new milestone
With his start against Al-Riyadh, the Real Madrid legend has now played 1200 professional matches. He has now played 995 club matches and 204 games for the Portuguese national team, per SPL.
He played 438 times for Real Madrid, 346 for Manchester United, 133 games for Juventus, 48 games for Al-Nassr, and 31 for Sporting Lisbon.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has now scored 867 goals in his career, per Transfermarkt.
